Bulk materials transport — what vehicles?

When fulfilling orders, we have vehicles with a capacity of up to 92 m³ and a payload capacity of up to 28 t.

We most often transport bulk materials using:

♦ tippers,

♦ trucks with HDS cranes,
♦ moving floor trailers.

For transport, we most often use so-called tippers, which, thanks to the aluminum profiles used in their construction, are lightweight. This allows us to transport a larger amount of goods in a single trip since the vehicle’s own weight is reduced.

We also use moving floor trucks for bulk material transport. This type of vehicle ensures convenient unloading of large quantities of bulk goods at the delivery site and is specifically designed for this type of transport.

The construction of this vehicle uses groups of aluminum profiles that move back and forth in cycles, causing the material placed on them to move. By reducing unloading time, the entire delivery process is significantly shortened.

Another key aspect is the proper securing of the cargo during delivery. Transporting bulk goods without adequate protection from adverse weather conditions could result in clumping or total loss of their required qualities and properties. The most harmful effects include moisture, mold and mildew, as well as weathering or dusting. The latter can cause a loss of goods, which would, of course, result in losses.
