How do we transport forklifts at iCaro? In forklift transport, it is necessary to properly secure the equipment for the duration of the route. It is extremely important to remove the forks (or other additional elements) and lower the carriage before starting transport. The equipment must be parked evenly and stably in the vehicle. Forklifts must be properly immobilized with special locks to prevent movement during delivery. During loading, special attention must be paid to the height of the device (e.g. high-lift forklifts may be slightly more demanding in this regard). During the route, particular caution should be exercised — the speed should be adjusted to the road conditions.

The price of machine transport always includes insurance of up to EUR 500,000 for the duration of the route. It also covers loading, unloading, storage, and all other activities directly related to the service.
